Complete the section under either DEPENDENT or INDEPENDENT students:

DEPENDENT means you were claimed as dependent on your parent’s/guardian’s tax return.

PARENT'S INCOME: Include pretax income of all parents and stepparents who contribute to the support of you and your household.

In your family size, COUNT yourself, your parents and other dependents in your household.
