TOEFL and IELTS:

If your native language is not English and English was not the native language
in your in secondary school or university, you must:

list item ENTER the date you took or plan to take the Test of English a Foreign Language (TOEFL) OR

list item ENTER the date you took or plan to take the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), AND

list item ARRANGE to have your scores reported to the ADMISSIONS OFFICE at EACH CAMPUS you apply to.
