Study Abroad

MontserratThe University's Education Abroad Program (EAP) offers students the opportunity to study in 34 countries. Depending on your academic interests and the program you choose, you may seek specialized study in your major, fulfill general education requirements, concentrate on language or area studies, or pursue research and internship opportunities while participating in EAP.

Education Abroad programs range in length from one quarter to a full academic year, and a number of summer options are available. The EAP courses you complete appear on your UC transcript and, with careful planning, you will make normal progress toward graduation.

Financial aid is available, and students not normally eligible for financial aid may qualify while studying abroad. Special EAP scholarships are also open to qualified students.

During the 2007-08 academic year, 4,000 UC students are expected to study at EAP sites in the countries below.
