Commission on the Future of UC launched

The greatest public university system in the world is not about to sit still bemoaning the current budget crisis. UC Regents Chairman Russell Gould and President Mark Yudof are co-chairing a newly launched commission to examine ways UC can continue its course of excellence and accessibility in times of a dire financial emergency. The commission will be tapping into creative brainpower within and without the UC system to lead UC into the future.
