UC Counselor Conferences: A Morning With the Admissions Directors

Balancing the importance of one-on-one communication with the counseling community and the serverity of restricted budgets, UC is offering a new format for the fall 2009 Counselor Conferences.

There will be two sessions for each track: UC Director of Undergraduate Admissions Director Susan Wilbur will present information on freshman eligibility for 2012 for high school counselors and transfer student planning for community college counselors. Campus admissions directors will provide updates on fall 2010 campus enrollment plans.

Dates and Locations

Check-in will open at 8:30 a.m., with the first session beginning at 9. The program will conclude at 11:45. Registration is $20.

In addition to the morning conference, UC is producing a number of new training videos that will be available online. Topics for these include How to Apply Online, Writing the Personal Statement, "A-G" and Paying for UC.
