Provost Hume Action Plan
In response to the challenges outlined by Regent Chairman Richard Blum in 2007, former Provost Rory Hume outlined an action plan for the University focused on three objectives:
- Building its academic core
- Reinvigorating its relationship with California
- Restructuring its administrative and business systems
