			Agenda for February 6, 2007 (Conference Call) Supporting documents: Categorization of Preliminary Work Group Recommendations Matrix of Preliminary Work Group Recommendations Desired Outcomes: Get ITGC input and agreement on these documents prior to ITGC members and others sharing them more broadly during campus consultations, and Develop a "straw" prioritization of recommendations The agenda for the conference call: Welcome and updates Discuss and finalize Categorization of Preliminary Work Group Recommendations ( "Creating a Viable Information Technology Ecology") Review and comment on the Matrix of December 2006 Work Group Recommendations Identify recommendations that are already being implemented (e.g. UC Grid) and recommendations/projects that must be done (e.g. HRIS, Admissions) Take a straw poll of the remaining recommendations to determine if any emerge as front-runners for which to advocate Discuss criteria Briefly discuss purpose/approach for campus consultations (topic for 2/22 ITGC Conference Call)
