IT Guidance Committee

Meetings

Agenda for December 11, 2006

Desired outcomes:

  • Identify the themes emerging from the Work Groups proposed recommendations and the context for the ITGC's overall recommendations.
  • Given these themes and context, identify how the ITGC's final report to the Regents, and actions leading up to the final report, can contribute to building a sustainable ecosystem to leverage IT to advance UC.
  • Develop draft criteria to use to prioritize ITGC recommendations in early 2007.

Please note, based on the strength of the Work Group reports, we will spend time discussing how to advance the overall work of the ITGC, rather than discuss each individual Work Group's activities as we did in our September meeting.  We encourage you to contact individual Work Group Chairs/Consultants if you have questions/suggestions that do not get addressed during our December 11 meeting.
