2008-09 Unanticipated Financial Hardship Grants
Unanticipated Financial Hardship grants are designed to meet genuinely unanticipated expenses such as a personal emergency. Applications must offer convincing evidence that the student, before the hardship arose, had developed a carefully considered budget for the year or term, had been prudent in her or his expenditures, and could not have reasonably anticipated the expenses for which the grant is being sought. Documentary proof of having incurred these unanticipated costs will enhance your application.
