The monthly events planning group is a systemwide volunteer committee that organises social events for the UC community in Great Britain and supports University of California Trust (UK) events. It grew out of the Berkeley in Britain group founded by Allan Buch in 1990. The committee organizes alumni events, these include pub nights, trips to Henley, Ascot, Wimbledon, and other social and professional opportunities.
The coordinator for the group, started in April 2004, is Niloofar Mostofi. If you are interested in serving on this group, please email the Programme Director.
