Student Support Program
Our Student Support program has three elements: an internship program consisting of 85 internships in 31 cities, a new Adopt a Student program, and a grants program funded by the Allan Buch Memorial Scholarship Fund supported by donations from alumni. Since it started in 2005 the Grants program has disbursed 38 grants to students from all UC campuses to undertake academic projects that enhance the Education Abroad experience, internships and community projects. 2006-07 Report

Academic Advancement and Institutional Outreach
Academic Advancement has been a strategic facet of the University of California Trust (UK) since its inception in 1999. Every year since 1999 the Trust has invited leading researchers from various campuses of the university to give lectures in the UK – both as part of our mission to serve the campuses but also as part of an outreach strategy. The Office of Research at the Office of the President has facilitated these activities.
