This is a Notice of Special Meeting of the University of California Board of the Regents' Committee on Investments and Investment Advisory Committee on Tuesday, Aug. 16, at the Morgan Center Press Room on the UCLA campus, with teleconference locations at 3333 California St. on the UCSF-Laurel Heights campus and 5200 Lagoon Dr., Suite 790, Miami, FL. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m.

In open session, the committee will discuss the quarterly investment performance summary and the external equity manager search. The committee will also consider action on endowment pool asset allocation and benchmarks, absolute returns strategies investment guidelines, conflict of interest policy, and recommended changes for the annual incentive plan for FY 2006. The quarterly investment performance summary report and the treasurer’s report on the FY 2005 annual incentive plan will also be discussed in closed session.
