This is a Notice of Special Meeting of the University of California Board of the Regents' Committee on Investments and Investment Advisory Committee on Monday, May 16, at the James E. West Alumni Center on the UCLA campus, with a teleconference location at 2223 Avenida de la Playa, #220, in La Jolla. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m.

In open session, the committee will discuss the quarterly investment performance summary and private equity benchmarks. The committee will also consider action on a proposed investment policy statement for the UC Retirement Plan, a disclosure policy for investment-related information for the treasurer’s office, and adoption of an expenditure rate for the endowment fund. The quarterly investment performance summary report, endowment asset allocation transactions and the investment compensation survey will also be discussed in closed session.
