The University of California Board of Regents will hold two special meetings this month to receive the final report of the Task Force on Compensation, Accountability and Transparency and the findings of the PricewaterhouseCoopers audit of compensation and employment arrangements of selected UC employees.

On April 13, the Regents met in open session to discuss the task force recommendations. On Monday, April 24, the Regents will again meet in open session to receive the findings of the independent audit, beginning at 1 p.m.

The task force’s report was released on April 13, and the audit will be released on April 24, at 9 a.m.
