Chancellor to Discuss Health Care Policy and Challenges
EVENT:
Chancellor Michael V. Drake will discuss “The Health Status of Americans: Challenges and Opportunities” as part of the Allen Lecture Series organized by The Newkirk Center for Science and Society at UC Irvine. Drake will speak about health care challenges facing minorities and underrepresented groups, health policy and the latest developments in research on glaucoma and macular degeneration, fields in which he is an expert. He also will comment on UCI’s success in research, education and public service.
