UC Regents' audit and investment committees to meet Nov. 7
The University of California Regents' audit and investment committees will meet via teleconference on Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Beginning at 10:30 a.m., the audit committee will convene in closed session, to discuss the performance of UC personnel with the Regents' auditors. This discussion will be followed by an open session to discuss the FY 2006-07 annual reports of the external auditors and on internal audit activities, UC's compliance program and a report on ethics program training.
Teleconference locations for the audit committee sessions are: James E. West Center, UCLA; 3750 University Ave., Suite 610, Riverside; 1875 Century Park East, Suite 1025, Los Angeles; and 5123 Cheadle Hall, UC Santa Barbara.
The Regents' investment committee and investment advisory group will meet jointly in open session, beginning at 1:30 p.m., to consider approval of the UC treasurer's annual report for FY 2006-07 and discuss the quarterly investment performance summary, the University's U.S. public equity and non-U.S. private equity investment strategies, and the Regents' investment policy for UC campus foundations.
Locations for this session are the James E. West Center at UCLA and 777 South California Ave. in Palo Alto.
