The Regents' finance and governance committees will meet jointly to discuss the restructuring of and budget for the UC Office of the President. The finance committee will then discuss the state budget and consider action on a proposal on student fee increases by Lt. Gov. John Garamendi.

Following the lunch break, the Regents' compensation committee will consider individual salary actions and other items from Tuesday's closed committee meeting as well as the annual report on compensated outside professional activities for certain senior managers.
