The University of California Regents' governance committee will meet via teleconference on Wednesday, April 23, in closed session to consider recommendations for the board's officers and committee assignments. The session will begin at 4:30 p.m.

On Monday, April 28, the Regents' audit committee will convene via teleconference beginning at 11 a.m. with public comment. The committee will consider action to approve the 2008-09 annual report on the university's internal audit plan and the appointment of the Regents' external auditor. The audit committee will also discuss UC's risk services and compliance program, and hear a presentation about UC San Diego's audit and advisory services.
