Beginning at 11 a.m., the committee will convene in closed session to discuss personnel matters and consider action to appoint an external advisor for the committee.
The committee will then meet in open session to receive information about the status of UC's 2008 financial statement audit, an update on the compliance program, quality assessment review follow-up, the internal audit quarterly report and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy implementation plan.
