'State of Minds: Winter 2009' airs on UCTV

UCTV's signature magazine program, "State of Minds," returns with features on KUCI, the student radio station at UC Irvine; UC Berkeley's Richard Muller on what future presidents need to know about physics; neuroscience research at UC Davis; and a forest of "solar trees" at UC San Diego.
