The University of California Regents' compliance and audit committee will meet via teleconference on Wednesday, March 4.

Beginning at 11 a.m., the committee will convene in closed session to discuss personnel matters.

The committee will then meet in open session to consider approval of the fiscal year 2008-09 external audit plan. The committee will also receive an update on UC's ethics and compliance program, a presentation of UC San Francisco's audit and advisory services, and information about results of the UC information technology security assessment and internal audit quarterly report.
