This is Notice of Special Meetings of the University of California Board of Regents' Committee on Audit and Committee on Finance during the regular regents' business meeting on Wednesday, March 19, at UC San Francisco-Laurel Heights, 3333 California St., in San Francisco.

The Committee on Audit is scheduled to meet at 12:25 p.m. in open session. Action items include approval of an external audit plan for the year ending June 30, 2003.

The Committee on Finance is set to meet in closed session concurrently with the regularly scheduled meeting. Agenda items include a report on new litigation and action involving a proposed suit involving AOL/Time-Warner Inc. [Education Code §92032(b)(5)]
