This is Notice of a Special Meeting of the University of California Board of Regents' nominating committee in closed session at 5555 Melrose Ave. in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 27. The purpose of the meeting, scheduled to convene at 6 p.m., is to develop recommendations for board committee assignments and election of officers for 2004-05 [Education Code §92032(e)]. Attendance is expected of committee members only.

This meeting notice is issued to comply with the state's pertinent open meeting laws.
