This is a Notice of Meeting of the Committee on Grounds and Buildings of the University of California Board of Regents on Wednesday, June 30, at 1000 Broadway, Suite 109, in Oakland.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. with public comment, followed by open session.

In open session, the committee will consider action on environmental, plan amendment and design approvals for the Ranch View Terrace faculty and staff housing at UC Santa Cruz, University Village redevelopment (step 2 project) at UC Berkeley, an education building at the UC Davis Medical Center and a logistical support/service facilities building at UC Merced.

Open-session discussion items include UC San Francisco's Mission Bay Cancer Center, student commons expansion at UC Riverside, a biological sciences building at UC Irvine, and the development of a UC systemwide sustainable transportation policy. The committee will receive an update on The University Community Land Company LLC for UC Merced in closed session [Education Code §92032(b)(6)].
