This is a Notice of Special Meeting of the University of California Board of the Regents' Committee on Investments and Investment Advisory Committee on Tuesday, Feb. 15, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
 
There are four meeting locations for this teleconference -- 3333 California St., UC San Francisco-Laurel Heights campus, San Francisco; the James E. West Alumni Center on the UCLA campus; the UC Center Sacramento at 1130 K St. Suite 340; and 5200 Blue Lagoon Dr., Suite 790, Miami, FL.
 
In open session, the committee will discuss the quarterly and annual investment performance summary and risk report, investment benchmark design, the UC foundations’ annual report, the U.S. large-cap equity manager search, and review of fiduciary oversight and investment options for UC’s Defined Contribution Plan. The committee will also consider action on a proposed investment policy statement for the endowment fund. The quarterly investment performance summary report, endowment asset allocation transactions and the investment compensation survey will also be discussed in closed session.
