The Special Committee to Consider the Selection of a General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs and the University of California Board of Regents’ Committee on Finance will meet concurrently via teleconference on Friday, August 18.

The closed-session meeting is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m., and adjourn at approximately 3:30 p.m.

The meeting locations are:

- 1440 San Vicente Blvd., Los Angeles
- 10877 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles
- 1133 5th St., Santa Monica
- 9500 Gilman Dr., San Diego (UCSD campus)
- 1675 Owens St., San Francisco ( UCSF-Mission Bay Community Center)

The advisory committee includes five regents who also serve on the regents’ finance committee, which would constitute a quorum of the latter group. No finance committee business will be considered at the meeting.
