WHAT: The University of California, Berkeley's 30th annual Presidential Symposium, co-sponsored by the Robert T. Matsui Center for Politics and Public Service and by UC Berkeley Extension, will explore the presidency of Barack Obama halfway through his term.
WHO: Panelists will include:
- Claudia Anderson, managing editor of the Weekly Standard
- Daniel J. Balz, national political writer for the Washington Post
- Ann M. O'Leary, executive director of the Center on Health, Economic and Family Security at the UC Berkeley School of Law
- Jack Pitney, Roy. P. Crocker Professor of American Politics, Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, Calif.
