UCLA E-health Conference Examines Internet-based Health Care


The Healthcare Collaborative at UCLA invites the health-care community, consumer advocates, students and policymakers to attend "The Changing Paradigm: What a Difference a Year Makes." This second annual e-health conference examines the opportunities and challenges presented by digital technology and its effect on clinical and business practices. Sessions will explore the state of the industry, business strategies, ethical considerations and much more.

The conference is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday, June 5, at the Skirball Cultural Center, 2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Los Angeles. Registration fee by May 16 is $200, or $60 for full-time students. Registration is $250 after May 16.
