This is a Notice of a Special Meeting of the Committee on Audit of the University of California Board of Regents on Tuesday, Aug. 6.

The committee will meet in open session to discuss the reports by the university auditor and the regents' external auditors and a briefing on the university's new whistle-blower policy and investigation procedures. This special meeting notice is issued to comply with the state's pertinent open meeting laws.
