When UCTV's magazine program "State of Minds" first visited the UC Merced campus in Fall 2004, it was little more than a construction site with big dreams. But a recent trip revealed something entirely different -- and far more inspiring. Tune in Wednesday, May 23 at 9 p.m. for "State of Minds: Spring 2007, UC Merced" to find out how students are faring in the UC system's newest campus. The program re-airs through June and a complete list of airdates and video-on-demand archives of past installments are available at www.uctv.tv/stateofminds.
Also featured in this installment of "State of Minds," a UC Davis senior leads a local high school team in a robotics competition; a UC Irvine professor researches John Lennon's FBI files, a UC Riverside professor discusses hip-hop intellectuals and UC's Agricultural and Natural Resources division studies how to prevent E. coli contamination.
"State of Minds" is a 30-minute magazine-style program that features segments from all the UC campuses, exploring the many exciting developments, personalities and pursuits that make UC one of the nation's finest research university systems.
