This is a Notice of Meeting of the University of California Board of Regents' Committee on Educational Policy and the Committee to Advise the President on the Selection of a Provost and Senior Vice President—Academic Affairs on Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 1111 Franklin St., 12th floor, in Oakland.

The closed-session meeting is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. and adjourn at approximately 4:30 p.m.

At the meeting, the committee will consider personnel matters related to the appointment and employment of a new provost/senior vice president for academic affairs [Education Code section 92032(b)(7)].

This meeting notice is issued to comply with the state's pertinent open meeting laws.
