This is a Notice of Meeting of the University of California Board of the Regents' Committee on Investments and Investment Advisory Committee on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at the UCLA campus and four other locations.

Open-session agenda items include a discussion with UC campus foundation representatives, a discussion of the quarterly investment performance summary report, a review of the endowment spending policy and a discussion of private equity disclosure issues. Action items include the 2002-03 UC Treasurer's annual report and approval of incentive program asset class investment performance objectives. The meeting will include a closed session to discuss investment and personnel issues.

This meeting notice is issued to comply with the state's pertinent open meeting laws.
