This is a Notice of Special Meeting of the University of California Board of the Regents' Investment Advisory Committee on Tuesday, Aug. 17, beginning at 1:30 p.m. There are four meeting locations for this teleconference -- UC San Francisco-Laurel Heights campus, 3333 California St., San Francisco; James E. West Alumni Center, UCLA campus, Los Angeles; 3350 Deer Park Drive, Suite A, Stockton; and 5200 Blue Lagoon Drive, Suite 790, Miami, FL.

In open session, the committee will discuss the quarterly and annual investment performance summary and risk report, the asset allocation study, and an update on the search for a U.S. equity manager. The quarterly investment performance summary and risk report will also be discussed in closed session. Also in closed session, the committee will consider action on the treasurer's 2003-04 qualitative review.
