Video/Audio Download Tips
When you
click on a video or audio link, a “pop-up” window
will appear. This window will tell you which browser(s) you
can use to watch or hear the clip. Once you select a browser,
the clip will open and play in another window.
If you experience trouble downloading clips,
please make sure you have a recent version of
RealPlayer or QuickTime Player and check your
browser settings.
For the closed
captioned video letters in Windows
Media format,
you must enable captions under
the Play
menu -> Captions and Subtitles -> On if Available.
