Work under way

Provost Hume’s action plan assigns responsibility to designated UC officials for reviewing and making recommendations for operational improvements in multiple areas, in some cases with the help of working groups. The Provost’s plan includes the issues identified in the organizational assessment conducted by the Monitor Group and subsequently recommended for immediate attention by the University’s Steering Committee on Organizational Restructuring.

A summary of the action under way is provided below. The list will be updated as work progresses and as meeting schedules and next steps are more clearly established. In the interim, your questions and suggestions can be sent directly to provost@ucop.edu.
