BYLAW 30. Amendments

30.1 Procedure.

These Bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the Board by the affirmative vote of not less than two-thirds of the members of the Board, provided that notice of any proposed amendment, including a draft thereof, shall have been given at the regular meeting of the Board next preceding the meeting at which such amendment is voted upon and the proposal for amendment first shall have been referred to an appropriate Committee of the Board in accordance with Bylaw 10.1(a).
