STANDING ORDER 100.1 Designation and to Whom Responsible

 

1. Officers of the University shall be the President of the University, Executive Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, other Vice Presidents, Associate Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents, University Auditor, Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, and Directors and Deputy Directors of the Ernest Orlando Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the Ernest Orlando Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Directors of University hospitals.
   
   
2. The President shall be responsible directly to the Board. All other Officers shall be responsible to the President directly or through designated channels, with the exception of the General Counsel and Vice President for Legal Affairs and the Senior Vice President - Chief Compliance and Audit Officer, both of whom shall have dual responsibility to the Board and to the President.
