POLICY ON NAMING FACILITIES TO INCLUDE FULL NAME OF INDIVIDUAL

It is the policy of The Regents that when a facility or program is named in honor of an individual, the complete name of that individual will be used as the official name of the facility or program. The last name of the individual so honored may be used in referring informally to the facility and may be used on the name plaque affixed to the facility or in statements made regarding the facility or program.
