DESIGNATION BY THE REGENTS OF ADMINISTRATOR FOR CERTAIN ESTATES

The General Counsel is authorized to nominate an administrator with the Will annexed of estates in which The
Regents is beneficiary as to fifty percent or more of the value of the estate and where no person is designated
in the Will as Executor, or the one so designated is unable or unwilling to serve.
