POLICY ON LEGAL PROCEEDINGS RELATED TO INVESTMENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA
Approved September 2006

Jurisdiction over initiation of litigation relating to investments of or managed by the University of California will be shifted from the Committee on Finance to the Committee on Investments.
