The University Committee on Committees (UCOC) appoints the Chairs and Vice-Chairs of all Senatewide committees as well as the general membership of all other Senate committees that report to the Assembly. UCOC members work with their divisions to identify divisional appointments. As much as possible, the committee seeks a diverse balance in the makeup of committee membership. UCOC is also responsible for soliciting nominations for the Oliver Johnson Award.
