The University Committee on Library and Scholarly Communication (UCOLASC*) advises the President concerning the administration of University libraries in accordance with the Standing Orders of the Regents. (Please note that previous to May 9, 2007, UCOLASC was known as The University Committee on Library{UCOL}. The Assembly approved the name change at its May 9, 2007, meeting.)
