The University Committee on Planning and Budget (UCPB) discusses and acts on systemwide budgetary, planning, and resource allocation issues. UCPB reviews and comments on the establishment of or changes to academic units and research units. The chair and other members of the committee also liaise with a number of other systemwide advisory and groups on matters relating to planning and budget.
