Biography
David Bell served as Staff Advisor to the Regents during the 2005-2006 pilot program. Prior to his retirement with 34 years of dedicated service to the University, David was employed at UCSF as an associate mediation and communications officer in the Work-Life Resource Center. He was elected president of the UCSF Staff Council, and served as chair of the Council of UC Staff Assemblies 2003-2004. David received recognition at UC San Francisco for his work on the systemwide domestic partner benefit policy and catastrophic leave program.
