UCUES provides general measures of students' sense of belonging and satisfaction with their academic and social environment as well as the value of their education. Assessment of the administrative and academic services provided by a students' major department was a particular focus of UCUES 2006. This section shows students' perceptions of campus climate, satisfaction with instruction and administrative support, and perceptions of the role and value of UC as a research university.
