On September 27, 2019, the Regents of the University of California filed a brief in the Supreme Court challenging the Trump administration’s decision to rescind DACA. Since then, hundreds of corporations, national security experts, colleges and universities, and members of Congress, among others, have filed amicus, or “friend of the court,” briefs in support of DACA.
