Your path to well-being at UC

UC has resources to support the ongoing and immediate health and well-being needs of our students. Every UC campus provides options for preventative care as well as confidential resources including 24/7 mental health support, crisis advocacy support, same-day urgent appointments and an after-hours advice nurse line. Remember, if you’re struggling with your health, mental health or with alcohol/substance use issues, you’re not alone. We are here to help.

Soluna: A free mental health app

Soluna is a free and confidential evidence-based mental health app that provides safe and anonymous mental wellness support online for people ages 13 - 25 in California. The app is available in English and Spanish and provides preventative care and early intervention behavioral health coaching, peer support and self-guided resources.

Connecting with support for substance use challenges

Collegiate Recovery Programs (CRPs) offer significant benefits by supporting individuals with addiction, recovery, overdose and relapse prevention by providing clinical and non-clinical treatment programs. Many UC campuses provide student-led and peer support aid meetings, telehealth services, 12-step meetings and free community sober events. Many campuses also offer substance use prevention and harm reduction programs.
